   When you use the VR panorama creation feature of this platform:
   Uploaded content: We will receive and store the panoramic images, videos, audio files, and scene configuration data you upload, which will be used to generate and display your VR panoramic works.
   Editing and operation data: The data related to your editing operations, scene settings, hotspot configurations, interactive logic designs, etc. will be recorded and saved to ensure that your work results are not lost, and to support version management in multi-person collaboration scenarios.
   Work publishing data: When you publish a work, the information you set, such as the title, description, and cover image, will be stored and publicly displayed.
   Device and environment information: We may collect information such as your browser type, operating system version, screen resolution, and IP address to optimize the rendering compatibility of VR content and ensure a browsing experience across different devices.
   (III) Payment and order management
   When you recharge or purchase paid services, we will record your order information, type of service purchased, transaction time, and transaction status. Your complete bank card number, payment password, and other sensitive financial information are directly processed by third-party payment institutions. Our platform does not collect or store such information.
   (IV) Customer service and technical support
   When you contact our customer service, we may collect and retain your contact information, description of the issue, and relevant communication records, in order to provide you with effective technical support and solutions to the problem.
   (V) Safe operation and compliance assurance
